Cité Saxophone is JUJU MERK’s first release as a producer and represents a collection of memories as the embodiment of generational nostalgia passed onto the youth. As young people, we are compelled over and over again to acknowledge our predecessors, their lives, and what was lost along the passage of time. Cité Saxophone is about a city that was brought to life through stories told by older generations but kept alive by new ideas and culture.
